Our onboarding process is designed to give you the best possible start to adding payments to your platform, we provide the following through to go live:

  • 120 minutes worth of onboarding calls
  • Access to Shuttle Portal, developer account and sandbox
  • Slack channel (or chat/email) for onboarding support
  • Access to our community
  • Listing on our marketplace
  • Go live certification

What happens next?

Following the onboarding payment we will send over access instructions and provide a Slack channel (if requested).

Your monthly subscription will start on the plan that you’ve chosen on the 1st of the month.
